Shopping with Boombrickz Customs

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made from Boombrickz Customs (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

1. Ordering

1.1 How to Place an Order

  • Orders can only be placed online at www.boombrickzcustoms.com
  • When you place an order (“Order”), you are offering to purchase the product for the price stated, subject to these Terms.
  • All new orders are deemed separate and are treated individually.

1.2 Order Confirmation

  • After placing an order online, you will receive an automatic email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order and detailing your order information.
  • Receipt of this confirmation does not guarantee that your order can be fulfilled.
  • If the product is available and the order details are correct, the confirmation email is deemed an acceptance of your Order.
  • If a product is unavailable, we will notify you by email.

1.3 Cancellation and Product Availability

  • Boombrickz Customs may cancel any sale and not supply products where it is reasonable to do so, including but not limited to:
    • Product unavailability
    • Technical or pricing errors
    • Fraud or suspected misuse
  • We may also change or discontinue the availability of products at any time at our sole discretion.
  • If an order is cancelled by us, any payment made will be refunded in full
  • Cancellation does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

 

2. Price

2.1 Displayed Prices

  • Product prices are shown on www.boombrickzcustoms.com in GBP (£).
  • Prices include VAT for the UK and EU countries.
  • Prices for Non-EU countries (excluding the UK and USA) do not include VAT, and customers are responsible for any import duties or local taxes. Boombrickz Customs cannot advise on these fees; please consult your local customs office.

2.2 Postage and Packaging

  • All prices are exclusive of postage and packaging.
  • The total price at checkout will display shipping charges separately, calculated based on the delivery address.
  • You will be notified of these charges before submitting payment.

2.3 Pricing Accuracy and Errors

  • We make every effort to ensure prices on the website are correct, but errors may occur.
  • If a pricing error is identified in your order, we will contact you using your provided details and give you the option to:
    • Reconfirm your order at the correct price, or
    • Cancel your order for a full refund.
  • If we cannot reach you, the order will be treated as cancelled, and any payment made will be refunded in full.

2.4 Currency and Exchange Rates

  • Prices are quoted in UK pounds (£). For purchases made outside the UK, your payment provider will convert the charge to your local currency.
  • Charges and refunds are processed in UK pounds (£), and Boombrickz Customs is not responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations.

2.5 Price Changes

  • Boombrickz Customs reserves the right to change product prices at any time.
  • If a price change affects your order, you will be notified by email.
  • You may either:
    • Cancel your order for a full refund, or
    • Continue with the order at the amended price.

2.6 Statutory Rights

These Terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

 

3. Shipping

3.1 Delivery Locations

Boombrickz Customs delivers worldwide.

3.2 United States

Orders shipped to the U.S. use a tracked DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) service, meaning all import tariffs and duties are prepaid by Boombrickz Customs on your behalf.

3.3 European Union (EU) Countries

  • Orders under £125 GBP: VAT is prepaid using the EU IOSS system, and the VAT amount will be shown at checkout, varying by country. We are not responsible for any additional local sales taxes.
  • Orders over £125 GBP: VAT is prepaid via our selected courier companies. Additional local taxes, if applicable, are your responsibility.
    • Please Note: Due to current customs conditions, we can only ship orders to Germany using the EU IOSS system, which limits each order to a maximum value of £125 GBP (excluding shipping).

3.4 Other International Destinations

Delivery outside the UK, USA, and EU may be subject to customs, VAT, or local sales taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility. The shipping company should contact you for any charges due. Boombrickz Customs cannot advise on these fees and is not responsible for them.

3.5 Special Delivery Requirements

Special delivery orders require a signature. Please ensure the address provided can receive and sign for the package.

3.6 Delivery Times & Responsibilities

  • Orders may take longer than estimated due to circumstances outside our control. Please allow sufficient lead time to prevent loss or disappointment.
  • If products are not delivered within the quoted time, contact us via email, and we will assist in ensuring your order is received as quickly as possible.

3.7 Lost or Missing Orders

  • Investigations for suspected missing or lost orders can begin after 28 days of no movement, and may take up to 14 days to complete.
  • Any missing or lost order must be reported within 6 weeks of the dispatch date. Claims made after this period cannot be replaced or refunded.
  • If an order is marked “delivered” but has not arrived, allow an additional 24 hours for completion. If the parcel still does not arrive, notify us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

3.8 Statutory Rights

These Terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

 

4. Payment

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

  • Payments can only be made through our website at www.boombrickzcustoms.com
  • We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna.
  • We do not store any credit or debit card information.

4.2 Payment Requirements

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

4.3 Payment Failures

  • In case of payment failure or suspected fraudulent transactions, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

 

5. Availability

5.1 We strive to keep product information accurate, but we cannot guarantee that any item will always be in stock.

5.2 Stock and Offers

  • All offers are available while stocks last.
  • If we are unable to supply a product you have ordered, we will notify you promptly.
  • You may cancel your order, and any payment made will be refunded 

5.3 Product Requests

  • If you are looking for a product that is not currently listed, you may email us with the details.
  • We will contact our suppliers, and if the product is available, we aim to list it for sale within 21 days.

5.4 No Liability for Unavailability

  • We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from the unavailability of products, including disappointment or consequential losses.

 

6. Data Protection and Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
By creating and using an Account, you consent to such processing.

 

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or Programme participation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

 

Product Safety

  • WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD - Due to their size, some of the products sold on this website could represent a choking hazard to small children.
    None of the products sold on this website should be given to children under 36 months and they are unsuitable for children under 14 years of age.

 

  • Boombrickz Customs does not give you any right or interest in any copyright or intellectual property rights in any product, nor the right to copy them.
